This B&B is not a hotel but a private villa Bed & Breakfast Guest House, located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

"I have been giving more thought to the rental price and since the Renter will have to consider other related expenses as follow:

Staff salaries at approximately 25,000 Baht / month unless they have their own staff at a lower wage.... however the current staff of 2 full time + 1 Part time ( 4 days a week ) are very familiar with all the property's items of maintenance such as the swimming pool, the water purifying system, the garden, the solar system etc... and would be easier for the Renter to keep them on rather than hiring new people who would need to familiarize themselves with everything.
One of the Full time staff lives here and does most of the day to day maintenance and repairs. The others do the cleaning and the cooking, washing / ironing etc.. but all work as a team and cooperate with each other in a very good and friendly way.
Subsequently, I leave it up to you to decide on the best possible monthly rental price accordingly."
